How can I cancel my order and apply for a refund?

Please read the following very carefully before applying for a refund.

Because of the nature of downloaded purchases, Exchanges/Refunds are made at the discretion of the management. Exchanges/Refunds are only possible if your download area has not been accessed. If you click the download button and then choose the cancel option, your download area will still register as being accessed.

If your download area has been accessed, we will be unable to offer a refund and, in the case of an incorrect chart being ordered, a further purchase will be necesssary in order to obtain the correct chart.

If, after purchasing a chart, you wish to cancel your order and your download area has not been accessed, please contact us immediately using our online contact form with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your order number (you will find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Your transaction number (you will find this in your order confirmation email)
  • Reason for cancelling

Depending on the download status of your order, we will advise you whether your order is eligible for a refund. If it is, we will issue a full refund for any items successfully cancelled.

PLEASE REMEMBER
If your download area has been accessed, we will be unable to offer exchanges or refunds and, in the case of an incorrect chart being ordered, a further purchase will be necesssary in order to obtain the correct chart.
