Purchasing from Cross-Stitch-Charts

Cross-Stitch-Charts partners with Worldpay plc to provide a secure online payment gateway.

When you choose to purchase an item from us, you will be transferred to the Worldpay secure payement gateway so that you can provide your credit card details in a secure way.

Once your credit card transacion is authorised, you are then transferred back to the Cross-Stitch-Charts site where the order process is completed.

You will then receive 2 emails - one from Worldpay confirming your secure payment transaction and one from Cross-Stitch-Charts containing details of your order, download instructions and a receipt for your purchase.

IMPORTANT!
Exchanges/Refunds CANNOT BE MADE if download areas have been accessed. REMEMBER: If you click the download button and then choose the cancel option, your download area WILL STILL register as being accessed.

If your download area has been accessed, we will be unable to offer exchanges or refunds and, in the case of an incorrect chart being ordered, a further purchase will be necesssary in order to obtain the correct chart.
