Please read the following very carefully before requesting an exchange.
Because of the nature of downloaded purchases, Exchanges/Refunds are made at the discretion of the management. Exchanges/Refunds are only possible if your download area has not been accessed. If you click the download button and then choose the cancel option, your download area will still register as being accessed.
If your download area has been accessed, we will be unable to offer exchanges or refunds and, in the case of an incorrect chart being ordered, a further purchase will be necesssary in order to obtain the correct chart.
If you have not downloaded or attempted to download a copy of your purchased chart, you may be eligible for an exchange - please see below.
If you have accidentally ordered the DMC version of the chart you require instead of the ANCHOR version (or vice versa), your order can be amended.
If you have not downloaded, or attempted to download, any copies of the incorrect chart, please contact us immediately using our online contact form with the following information:
Depending on the download status of your order, we will advise you whether your order is eligible for an exchange. If it is, we will adjust your account to enable you to download the alternative thread type for the purchased design.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong chart design, you will need to apply for a refund and then re-order the correct chart design in the normal way.
