WHAT DO I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY ORDER THE WRONG CHART?

FIRSTLY - DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY CHARTS!!!

Please read the following VERY CAREFULLY before requesting an exchange:

NOTE: Because of the nature of downloaded purchases, Exchanges/Refunds are made at the discretion of the management.

Exchanges/Refunds are only possible IF YOUR DOWNLOAD AREA HAS NOT BEEN ACCESSED.

NOTE: If you click the download button and then choose the cancel option,
your download area WILL STILL register as being accessed.

If your download area HAS BEEN ACCESSED, we will be unable to offer exchanges or refunds and, in the case of an incorrect chart being ordered, a further purchase will be necesssary in order to obtain the correct chart.

If you have not downloaded or attempted to download a copy of your purchased chart, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund - please see below:

1: INCORRECT THREAD TYPE ORDERED

If you have accidentally ordered the DMC version of the chart you require instead of the ANCHOR version [or vice versa], your order can be amended.

If you have NOT downloaded or attempted to download any copies of the incorrect chart, please contact us immediately using our online contact form and give the following information:

Your name
Your order number [you will find this in your order confirmation email]
Your transaction number [you will find this in your order confirmation email]
The chart you ordered
The chart you require

If your download area for the incorrectly purchased chart has not been accessed, we will be able to amend your account enabling you to download the correct chart.

2: INCORRECT CHART DESIGN ORDERED

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong chart design, you will need to apply for a refund and then re-order the correct chart design in the normal way.

Because of the nature of downloaded purchases, refunds are given at the discretion of the management. Please visit our refunds page for more information, details of eligibility and how to apply for a refund.

IMPORTANT!
Exchanges/Refunds CANNOT BE MADE if download areas have been accessed. REMEMBER: If you click the download button and then choose the cancel option, your download area WILL STILL register as being accessed.
